Fire System SA is a company specializing in the concept
of buildings safety and the application of products
associated with fire prevention. Fire System SA
relies on some
120 professional specialists with more than 10 years’ experience
in the fire-prevention field.
Fire System SA is divided into 3 regions: GE – VD – FR,
NE, BE, JU, and we can ensure a great degree of flexibility
in urgent cases.
The company’s place of jurisdiction is GE,
where the invoicing office is also located.

AIMS OF FIRE PREVENTION
1 . PROTECTION OF HUMAN BEINGS
Throughout the world, increasing
attention is paid to fire prevention. Naturally
the prime consideration in this respect is the
safety of human beings. Losses of human life
as a result of fires are still far too high.
We realize the tragic truth of this statement
after every disaster. Consequently it is the
duty of every builder to protect the lives of
future occupants of new buildings. Escape routes
(staircases, lifts and so on) must confirm absolutely
to the required standards, in order to ensure
the maximum possible time for the evacuation
of those occupying the building.

2 . REDUCED MATERIAL
DAMAGE
During catastrophes, technical conduits, channels
and casings, electrical control boxes and switch
cupboards, and openings between floors act
like virtual chimneys and combustion chambers.
From the start of a fire, flames and smoke
are carried into these spaces. The spread of
the fire between floors take place at an astonishing
speed. Within a few minutes the fire will have
penetrated throughout the entire
building, and the smoke will already have invaded
a major part of the premises. The result is
very extensive damage to materials and equipment.The
refitting of the building, all the cleaning
and the delay in resuming work will cost astronomical
sums. The correct number of fire-resistant
partitions or bulkheads is absolutely necessary
to avoid such costs. The appropriate fitting
of such products will prevent the spread of
fire, smoke and toxic gases

to fire-prevention precautions and requirements. Indeed,
fire inspectors are increasingly vigilant in ensuring
that buildings accord with current norms. Therefore
